Please note that all residence hall contacts include a meal plan, furniture, utilities, wifi, live-in support staff, laundry facilities, and more. Note: The least expensive housing option is a quad room.

Undergraduate Apartments

The table below provides a summary comparison of UC Berkeley’s apartment buildings according to a variety of criteria, such as location, room occupancy, and bathroom type. All apartments are furnished and include a full kitchen (full refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave), and furnished common rooms (living rooms). Every apartment building has a recreation area, laundry facilities, vending/ice machines, and live-in hall staff.
