University On-campus housing is available to UC Berkeley students and visitors who are registered in Summer Sessions A, A&D, B, C, and D courses. The residential complexes are located only two to three short blocks south of the main campus.
UC Berkeley students interested in being housed during the summer in our new San Francisco property, Panoramic Residences, are urged to apply now!
All final building and room assignments are determined at the discretion of the Summer Sessions Housing Office.

Double and triple occupancy rooms are located in high-rise towers in the Unit 2 Residence Halls. Each residence hall building has a bathroom on every floor, four floor lounges with balconies, and a main lounge with a television and comfortable furnishings for relaxing.
Should the Unit 2 Residence Halls sell out, double occupancy rooms may become available in Maximino Martinez Residence Halls. Additionally, single occupancy rooms are located in four-bedroom apartments in Maximino Martinez Commons. Each apartment features a shared bathroom, kitchen, and common area. Students also have access to the main building lounges with television and comfortable furnishings for relaxing.
Channing-Bowditch Apartments offer double occupancy bedrooms in two-bedroom apartments. Also featured are a limited number of single-occupancy bedrooms. Each furnished apartment features a shared bathroom, full kitchen and living/dining area.
Panoramic Residences provides housing for students in San Francisco. Students can choose from two floor plans (each with a full bathroom and kitchen): 2-person studios and 4-person suites. To learn more, please go to Panoramic Residences.
