Utilities including water, garbage, recycling, gas, electricity, basic cable, and internet data line are included in the rent.
Amenities include data lines for internet access, carpeting, window coverings, tiled kitchen counters, storage closet, a balcony or patio (patios are toddler-friendly with fencing and a gate), and a parking space. The community areas include laundry facilities, grassy courtyards with outdoor benches, and play areas for children. All apartments are unfurnished.
Bathrooms have an exhaust fan to remove moisture. Built-in linen shelves in closet. Common laundry rooms close by.

- Living room: The living room is longer than it is wide. A door in the right wall opens to a small storage closet.
- Kitchen: Beyond the living room is the kitchen. Two doors on the right wall of the kitchen lead to a pantry closet with shelving and a water heater. To the left of the kitchen entrance is a full-size refrigerator. A counter wraps around the corner from the fridge to the sink. Beyond the sink is a four-burner stove. At the far wall from the entrance is a sliding door to a patio.
- Patio: To the right of the sliding door is an outdoor storage area accessed by a door that opens outward, into the patio. The patio has a wrap-around low wall with a gate that opens to the sidewalk.
- Transitional space: From the living room, a hallway leads to bedrooms and bathrooms. To the right in the hallway is a study nook. Beyond the study nook is a bedroom door to the right, a bathroom ahead, and a smaller transitional space to the left with three doors. The door to the left leads to a storage closet, the door ahead opens to a bedroom, and the third door provides access to a maintenance closet for the bathroom.
- Bedrooms: Each bedroom contains a closet with a sliding door.
- Bathroom: The bathroom contains a tub and shower to the left, a toilet to the far right, and a sink with a mirror to the near right.

- Kitchen: Beyond the living room is the kitchen. To the right is a full-sized refrigerator and a counter that wraps around the corner from the refrigerator to the sink. Beyond the sink on the right wall is the stove. On the left wall are two doors that open to the water heater and a small storage. In the far wall, a sliding door leads to the patio.
- Patio: To the left of the sliding door is an outdoor storage closet with a door that opens outward into the patio. The patio has a low wall that opens to the sidewalk through a gate in the left corner.
- Transitional space: From the living room, the hallway creates a transitional space to the bedrooms. In the hallway, to the left is a study nook. Opposite the study area is the first bathroom. At the end of the transitional hallway is the second bathroom. To the left and right of the second bathroom are the bedrooms.
- Bedrooms: Each bedroom includes a built-in closet with a sliding door.
- Bathrooms: Each bathroom has a tub with a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom at the end of the hall has a small closet to the left of the bathroom door in the exterior wall. To the right of the bathroom is an access hatch for maintenance.

Beyond the sink is a four-burner stove. In the far right corner from the entrance is the stairwell to the second floor. A sliding door in the far wall provides access to the patio.
- Patio: To the left of the sliding door is an external storage area accessed by a door that opens out into the patio. The patio has a low wall around it and a gate at the far end that provides access to the sidewalk.
- Second floor: The stairwell from the kitchen wraps to the right. At the top of the stairs, there is a transitional space.
- Transitional space: A study nook is built in at the top of the stairs. Diagonally to the right if the study nook is the first bedroom. 90 degrees to the right of that is the bathroom. Next to the bathroom is a maintenance access closet. Opposite the study nook to the left of the stairwell is the second bedroom. Between the access closet and the second bedroom is a small storage closet.

Beyond the sink is a four-burner stove. At the far end of the kitchen from the entrance is a sliding door to the deck. To the left of the door to the deck is a stairwell to the third floor.
- Deck: A rectangular deck overlooks the surroundings.
- Third-floor transition: A stairwell leads from the back of the kitchen to the left of the patio door up to the third floor, wrapping once to ascend to a landing. To the left of the landing is a transitional space with doors providing entry to bedrooms and the bathroom. To the right and left of the bathroom, there are two small storage closets. To the left is a bedroom. Straight ahead is a bathroom. To the right is a bedroom with a private bath and a study area. Approaching the second bedroom, the closets to the right contain a mechanical panel and a water heater.

- Living room: From the entrance, the living room is wider than it is deep. The front-facing wall has a large window.
- Hallway: To the right of the entrance is a hallway. The near end of the hallway has a storage closet. The hallway extends into the apartment, ending in a transitional space with doors to bedrooms and a bathroom. The first opening on the right side of the hallway provides access to the kitchen. The hallway extends from the small closet past a mechanical closet on the left. Next, on the left is a storage closet with a door that opens into the hallway. Beyond the closet, on the left, is a study area. On the right, across from the study area, is the first bedroom door. Beyond the bedroom door, to the left and right are bedroom doors. The transitional space ends with a bathroom door at the end of the hall.
