Continuing Undergraduate Student Housing | You have both apartment and residence hall options in campus housing. Apply for 2026–27 housing from February 1 to 15, 2026.
Graduate Student Housing | There are four apartment complexes for single graduate students. Apply starting mid-February 2026; applications are open on a rolling basis.
Family Student Housing | If you have dependents, are a dependent, or if you’re married or in a domestic partnership, check out University Village family housing. Graduate student couples are also eligible. Apply any time.
Off-Campus Housing | If you’re interested in looking at off-campus housing options, the UC Berkeley Off-Campus Rental Services website offers rental and roommate listings to anyone affiliated with UC Berkeley.
Summer Housing | If you’re in Berkeley for a class, internship, job, or other program this summer, explore our apartment and residence hall options.
