Single Student Graduate Apartment FAQs
2, 3, 4, 5, 6 bedroom shared apartments, and graduate students only
The Ida Louise Jackson Graduate House is located one block from the campus. The complex offers space for 120 graduate students in two-, three-, four-, five-, and six-bedroom shared apartments. Utilities are included. A twelve-month lease is required.
- Apartments are furnished
- Single-occupancy bedrooms, shared bathroom, shared kitchen facility, and living/dining room area
- Internet connections provided in bedrooms
- The complex has common areas, including lounges, study rooms, a recreation room, vending room, mail room, a shared outdoor courtyard, and shared laundry facilities
- Bicycle storage

Meal Plans
Apartment contracts do not include a meal plan. Undergraduate students living in off-campus housing or in university-owned/affiliated apartments may purchase an off-campus meal plan. Graduate/Extension students may purchase a Graduate/Extension meal plan. Students can also use their Cal 1 Card to enjoy Cal Dining's services at any of the 4 dining commons and several on-campus restaurants and convenience stores.

Residential and Student Service Programs continues to offer a low-cost, optional cleaning service to help with cleaning in your Jackson House apartment general-use areas.
The basic services are as follows:

Custodial services are provided for apartment kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms on a schedule determined by each group of apartment residents.

Cleaning services are provided at a rate of $45 per hour with costs to be divided between apartment residents who sign up for the program.

Cleaning services do not include cleaning personal bedrooms, emptying trash, or washing dishes.
There will be a break in service during Spring Recess. The service will end on the last day of the Spring Semester.
