- Entrance: The door opens inward to a foyer. The apartment is wider than it is deep. To the right of the door in the near wall is built-in shelving outside the first bathroom. To the right is a bathroom, and to the left is the kitchen. Ahead is the living area with a door to the first bedroom. Beyond the kitchen to the left is a second bathroom and three bedrooms.
- Kitchen: The kitchen has a full refrigerator and cabinets, a counter, and a four-burner stove built into the interior wall. A sink, small counter, and storage shelves are built into the opposite kitchen wall.
- Living room: Beyond the kitchen, the living room has two windows in the exterior wall and two in the side walls where the living room extrudes beyond the exterior plane. Under the windows is a couch and a side table. Along the right wall, two chairs align with the side table. On the left wall is a coffee table. In the near corner there is a kitchen table and three chairs.
- Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms, one to the right of the living room and three to the left. All have doors that open inward from the common areas. Each bedroom includes an extra-long twin bed, an end table, a desk, a chair, a bulletin board, and a built-in closet with a sliding door.
- Bathrooms: There are two shared bathrooms, one at either end of the apartment. The bathroom to the left of the entrance contains a toilet, a standing shower, and a sink. The bathroom to the right has a toilet, a bathtub with a showerhead, and a sink.
