- Annual rental agreement (August 1 to July 31)
Who’s Eligible to Apply?
Single graduate students, with priority for Juris Doctor Level 1 Law students. Please note this location cannot accommodate families; for family housing, please consider University Village.

- Both furnished and unfurnished apartments
- Kitchen • refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher,
- Bathroom • Shower/tub, toilet, sink, overhead cabinet
- Built-in features in all units: Overhead cabinet in bathroom, cabinets in kitchen, and a built-in desk with bookshelf above desk
- Furnished apartments include the following furniture:
- Living Room/Bedroom • extra long twin bed, under-bed drawer units with two drawers, wardrobe with two built-in drawers, a mirror and a large storage compartment above the wardrobe, desk with rolling desk drawer and bookshelf above desk, desk chair
- Kitchen • small drop leaf table, two stools, cabinets

Residents of the building have access to the following shared amenities:
