Wada Apartments is a high-rise located within the Unit 2 residence hall complex in a lively urban neighborhood near campus, dining commons, and shops. Most apartments feature two shared bedrooms. Being part of the Unit 2 complex makes it easy to connect with a vibrant student community and downtown Berkeley.

• Three blocks south of campus at 2650 Haste Street.
• Part of the Unit 2 complex on Dwight Way west of College Avenue. 
• Close to Sproul Plaza, Student Union MLK Jr. Building, and the Student Center.

Apartment types

• Apartments have two or three bedrooms and one bathroom.
• Two-bedroom apartments are the most common option.
• All apartments are single-gender.

Occupancy

• All bedrooms are double- and triple-occupancy.
• Double bedrooms are the most common option.
• Apartments are typically shared by four to six people.
