Double, triple, and a limited number of single occupancy rooms are available (General Note: There are very few single rooms, and they are typically reserved for students with a documented disability need).

- Entry: The door opens inward to a foyer. To the left is a closet. Ahead is a door to the first bedroom. To the right is the kitchen.
- Kitchen: The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, cabinets, a sink, stove, and microwave built in to the inner wall of the apartment. A kitchen table and four chairs are free-standing against the left wall. Beyond the kitchen is the living room.
- Living Room: The living room includes two windows in the exterior wall. Along the right wall there are two chairs and two side tables and a door to the second bedroom. On the left wall, there is a loveseat and two side tables.

The Channing-Bowditch double bedroom apartment layout is now an apartment with one double room and one triple room. The triple room is similar to the double, but with one bunk bed and one lofted bed, with a desk under the lofted bed.
